Breve bio ENG: Maria Sole got her Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology and her Master’s degree in Human Nutrition Science, where she was involved as a trainee in the ERC PREDICT-CARE project. In the last year she took part in the same project as a research fellow.
She is currently attending the first year of PhD, supervised by Prof. Pedro Mena, in the PRE-CARE-DIET project. Her research work aims to develop predictive models for the effect of foods containing (poly)phenols using a personalized nutritional approach.
