Costanza Michelini

 

 

Costanza has graduated in Science of Human Nutrition in the University of Parma and now she attends the second year of PhD in Food Science, under the supervision of the Professor Pedro Mena.

The project she’ll work on in the next years is funded by the Italian Ministry for Universities and Research (MUR) and the Dipartment of Food and Drug (project funds “FARE CARE-DIET”) with the aim to develop databases for the dietary intake assessment of plant bioactive compounds in multiple population setting.
