Graduated in Human Nutrition at the University of Milan, she works as a Nutritionist Biologist. At the Department of Food and Drug of the University of Parma she is currently a research fellow and is involved in the study " Identification of aggregate metabolic phenotypes for the main dietary (poly)phenols and assessment of the factors associated with their formation: development of an oral (poly)phenol challenge test (OPCT)". In particular, she is involved in the assessment of the body composition of volunteers using bioimpedance and anthropoplicometry.
