Claudia Favari

 

 

Dr. Claudia Favari is an Assistant Professor in Human Nutrition at the Department of Food and Drugs at the University of Parma. After graduating in Food Science and Technology, she obtained her PhD in Food Science in February 2022 at the University of Parma.
Dr. Claudia Favari’s main research interests are: (poly)phenols bioavailibility and metabolism, objective dietary intake assessment through food intake biomarkers and personalized nutrition. For her research puroposes, she adopts both targeted and untargeted metabolomics approaches.
