Assistant professor in Human Nutrition at the Department of Food and Drug.

She has a Master Degree in Human Nutrition (University of Milan) and a Ph.D in Food Science (University of Parma).

Currently, she is carrying out several European and national projects focused on eating behaviour and food choices, diet evaluation in terms of nutrition adequacy and environmental impact, and nutrition education, with a particular focus on children and young people.

She is also actively involved in the development of edutainment applications for the nutritional coaching and for the evaluation of eating behaviours and lifestyle.

She is an active member of the Italian Human Nutrition Society (SINU) Working Group “SINU Young”, and a founding member of the “Italy Regional Network” for NNedPro (Need for Nutrition Education Project) Global Centre for Nutrition.
